单色绿光补光对泰州鹅体重、屠宰性能、肉品质和血清生化指标的影响

摘要:

旨在研究单色绿光补光对泰州肉鹅生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质和血清生化指标的影响。将400只1日龄泰州鹅母雏随机分为2组,每组5个重复,每个重复40只雏鹅,将2组雏鹅分别置于结构相同的半开放舍内养殖,采用自然光照加人工补光,人工补光分别采用LED白光(对照组)和绿光(试验组),2组光照强度均为40 lx,1~7日龄采用24 h光照(24L:0D),8~15日龄的光照时间每天减少1 h,16~70日龄采用16 h光照(16L:8D)。结果:绿光补光极显著提升肉鹅在35~55日龄的体重(P<0.01),在65~70日龄增速减低,但仍显著高于白光补光(P<0.05);绿光组肉鹅胸肌重显著高于白光组(P<0.05),2组间屠宰率、全净膛率、半净膛率、腿肌重、胸肌率和腿肌率等指标差异不显著(P>0.05);绿光补光可以改善红度(a*)值(P<0.05),但也显著增加肌肉剪切力(P<0.05);绿光补光显著提升血清中甘油三酯(TG)含量(P<0.05)。综上,绿光补光可以促进肉鹅的生长,改善屠体鹅肉可利用率,对肉品质的改善还需进一步验证。

Abstract:

To investigate the effects of monochromatic green light supplemental lighting on the growth performance,slaughter performance,meat quality,and serum biochemical indicators of Taizhou geese,400 one-day-old female Taizhou geese were randomly divided into two groups,with five replicates per group and 40 goslings per replicate. The two groups of goslings were raised in semi-open sheds with identical structures,using natural light plus artificial lighting. For artificial lighting,LED white light( the control group) and green light( the experimental group) were used,respectively. The light intensity for both groups was 40 lx. When the geese were 1 to 7 days old,24 hours of light( 24L: 0D) was used; and when they were 8 to 15 days old,the light duration was reduced by 1 hour per day. When they were 16 to 70 days old,16 hours of light( 16L: 8D) was used. The results showed that green light supplemental lighting significantly increased the body weight of the geese aged 35-55 days( P<0. 01),with a slower growth rate at 65-70 days,but it was still significantly higher than that of the geese under white light supplemental lighting( P<0. 05). The breast muscle weight of the geese in the green light group was significantly higher than that in the white light group( P<0. 05). However,there were no significant differences between the two groups in dressing percentage,eviscerated percentage,semi-eviscerated percentage,leg muscle weight,breast muscle percentage,and leg muscle percentage( P>0. 05).Green light supplemental lighting improved the redness( a*) value( P<0. 05),but also significantly increased the muscle shear force( P<0. 05). Green light supplemental lighting significantly increased the serum triglyceride( TG) levels( P< 0. 05). This study indicated that green light supplemental lighting promoted the growth of geese,improved the usability of slaughtered goose meat,and might promote fat storage in their liver. Further verification would be needed regarding the effect of this supplemental lighting on meat quality improvement in Taizhou geese.
