为促进武定鸡的选育,选取武定鸡和狄高鸡进行杂交,分析其杂交F1代的体尺性状与屠体性能,并进行相关性分析和多元回归分析。结果:F1代公鸡体尺性状表型值均高于母鸡,且体斜长、胸宽、龙骨长、髋骨宽、胫长、胫围差异极显著(P<0.01);F1代公鸡除了胸肌率极显著低于母鸡外(P<0.01),其余屠体性能均极显著高于母鸡(P<0.01)。F1代公、母鸡的体斜长、胸宽、胸深、龙骨长、髋骨宽、胫围均高于武定鸡;F1代公鸡屠体性能均高于武定鸡公鸡,其中半净膛率差异显著(P<0.05),活重、屠体重、屠宰率、全净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率差异极显著(P<0.01);F1代母鸡的活重、屠体重极显著高于武定鸡母鸡(P<0.01),胸肌率、腿肌率显著高于武定鸡母鸡(P<0.05)。F1代屠宰性能间有21个极显著正相关(P<0.01),体尺性状间有14个极显著正相关(P<0.01),体尺性状与屠宰性能间有45个极显著正相关(P<0.01)。同时根据F1代体尺性状建立了预测活重、屠体重、半净膛重、全净膛重、胸肌重、腿肌重、翅重的回归方程。
Abstract:In order to facilitate the breeding of Wuding chicken, hybridization was performed between the breeds of Wuding chickens and Digao chickens, and the body size traits and slaughtering performance of the F1 generation of the hybridized chickens were analyzed, and related correlation and multiple regression analyses were carried out. The results showed that the body size traits of the F1 males were higher than those of the F1 females, and there were significant differences in their body length, chest width, sternum length, pelvis width, tibia length and tibia circumference(P<0.01). Except that the chest muscle rate that was significantly lower than that of the F1 females(P<0.01), the other traits of slaughter performance of the F1 males were all significantly higher(P<0.01). The body length, chest width, chest depth, sternum length, pelvis width and tibia circumference of the F1 chickens were higher than those of the Wuding chickens. The slaughter performance(live weight, carcass weight, dressing percentage, semi-eviscerated rate, chest muscle rate, leg muscle rate) of the F1 males was higher than that of the Wuding males, and the difference in their semi-eviscerated rate was significant(P<0.05). There were highly significant differences in their live weight, carcass weight, dressing percentage, evisceration rate, chest muscle rate and leg muscle rate(P<0. 01). The live weight,slaughter weight,chest muscle rate and leg muscle rate of the F1 females were very significantly higher than those of the Wuding females( P<0. 01),but their chest muscle rate and leg muscle rate of were just significantly higher than those of the Wuding females( P<0. 05). Generally,among the traits of the slaughter performance of the F1 chickens,there were 21 cases of extremely significant positive correlations( P<0. 01),among their body size traits,there were 14 cases of extremely significant positive correlations( P<0. 01),and between their body size traits and slaughter performance,there were 45 cases of highly significant positive correlations( P < 0. 01).According to the body size traits of the F1 chickens,the regression equations for predicting the live weight,slaughter weight,semi-clean bore weight,full clean bore weight,chest muscle weight,leg muscle weight and wing weight were established in this study.
